In IT, flexibility usually means scalable systems and adaptable capacity. For DaPhi, flexibility also means delivering projects reliably across Europe while managing different regulatory, logistical, and organisational requirements.

As an IT partner to the hospitality sector, we install and configure the technical infrastructure for new hotels directly on-site. This year we're supporting our client MEININGER on projects in Switzerland, Austria, and France, among others.

International rollouts require precise planning and a stable supply chain. In Switzerland, for example, customs and security requirements demand detailed documentation of tools and materials down to component level, plus early coordination with logistics partners and authorities. Only through exact scheduling and resource planning can installations on construction sites proceed without delays.

Other countries have different constraints. Local procedures or last-minute adjustments during implementation might be the focus. What matters is that timelines, interfaces, and sign-offs work reliably regardless of local requirements.

MEININGER recently opened new hotels in Geneva, Zurich, and Bordeaux. Innsbruck and Marseille follow later this year.
