Who's behind DaPhi IT and why we want to show you
IT services are built on trust. Whether in a medical practice, manufacturing plant, or hotel, IT infrastructure gives deep insight into daily operations. We're grateful so many clients trust us with that. To put more personality behind the work, we had a photographer on-site last week. The result: genuine glimpses of our working day, now appearing across our website.
Our new photos show:
- Our team doing the actual work
- Real client projects and support situations
- The people behind the technical solutions
- How we work and our company culture
Why bother?
Companies don't choose an IT partner on price alone. It's a mix of competence, cost, and trust. You want the confidence that someone will answer when things go wrong at 8am, and the certainty that your IT infrastructure works—whether that's GDPR compliance in a medical practice, production systems in a manufacturing plant, or the PMS in a hotel.
Our new photos answer the question: who actually picks up the phone at 8am when operations have a problem? Who responds to your support tickets? They show the real people looking after your IT.
Between client meetings and the support queue
The shoot itself required coordination. Beyond a bit of tidying up, we didn't prepare much. Support requests kept coming and client meetings stayed in the calendar. The photographer integrated into our working day and documented reality rather than perfect staging.
We had to discard or obscure some shots for data protection reasons—screens showing client data or recognisable company names in emails. What remains are authentic insights into how we work.
The photos will appear gradually across our website, in proposal presentations, and on LinkedIn.
