(Berlin, 02.03.2020) Unfortunately, the ITB Berlin has been cancelled this year as a protective measure against a spread of the corona virus. According to current information, the world's largest tourism trade fair will thus be completely cancelled for this year. It's a pity, because otherwise we would have opened a branch at the ITB Berlin, as we have done for the last 16 years. But the following is now obsolete:
Ever since the very first minute of our company history we are busily working for the hospitality sector and therefore we are quite well accustomed in the area of the holiday topic. Through the presentations of former partner countries of the ITB we had the pleasure to see the whole world promenading past us. Currently no country is linked to the ITB, so we will take the chance to follow another trend: the discovery of local recreation areas.
(Berlin, 11.03.2019) "The annual exchange at the ITB Berlin is quite exceptional", DaPhi Managing Director Philipp Krey sums up the so far 16th active participation in the world's largest tourism fair, which ended on Sunday with another record number of visitors. 113,500 trade visitors and a total of 160,000 visitors found their way into the Berlin exhibition halls. Some of them also in hall 4.1., which accommodated, beside our booth, the ITB show stage, as well as the new market place Technology, Tours & Activities.
(Berlin, 15.02.2019) The DaPhi GmbH is represented again this year with a booth at the world's largest tourism fair, the ITB Berlin. Maybe you will have the impression, that you have read something similar in this section last year, maybe also the year before. Right! It does not seem like big news or a groundbreaking message, but in fact we announce our appearrance at the ITB Berlin for the 16th year in a row. According to this, we made our debut in 2004, and immediately as the host of the official ITB Berlin Internet Café. Since then we have regularly found our way to Messe Berlin, where we will be introducing our offers from 6th to the 10th of March.
(Berlin, 07.02.2018) If you happen to hear nothing at all at the moment, you are just at the right place. This news-article is all about silence. As we are heading for another ITB Berlin, the world´s biggest travel trade show, we want to talk about this aspect of travelling, which is elemental for our mental relaxation. Silence is a wonderfully unspectacular thing. It leaves space for our wandering thoughts, dreams and after all: concentration. So in this respect this year we thought of something special for our visitors: a silent disco at the top of our exhibition stand.
(Berlin, 13.02.2017) An activity that is closely attached to the idea of good vacation is: to enjoy the view. If you are not hiking around the Alps (but certainly there as well) it is up to towers giving an opportunity to do so. It does not necessarily have to be the Eiffel Tower. There are lots of old lighthouses at coasts everywhere, and, not to forget, the Berlin radio tower, or "Funkturm" as we call it, overlooking the Berlin exhibition area. Which brings us right to our topic. Because there is a very special tower this year, standing right inside the world´s biggest travel exhibition, the ITB Berlin. This tower belongs to DaPhi´s exhibition space and not only offers a brilliant indoor view over everything in hall 4.1, but also an interesting overview on what DaPhi has to offer in IT Services regarding the travel trade.
