Experts in quality management
(Berlin, 15.04.2015) We are experts when it comes to setting up IT environments, we know all about virtual solutions and how to set up speedy WIFI in hotels all around Europe. But now it seems we are becoming experts in a whole different area. For the fourth time in a row we were classified with DIN ISO 9001:2008, an international standard for quality management systems.
After all this expertness is meant to be funny, but such a classification definitely requires concentrated and structured extra work. One has to explain the overall working process in an unambiguous way to the board of examiners. But we take this time for qualification to make sure our clients get a continuous enhancement in quality. On the other hand we can validate our own quality standards. And now that we succeeded for the fourth time in four years we take this as a great confirmation to be able to supply our clients with the best possible service.
DIN ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
